Ms Tharshini Pathmasanan

Senior Assistant Manager, Education & Training

Tharshini Pathmasanan is a Senior Assistant Manager at the Asia Centre for Health Security (ACHS). In her role, she is central to the Centre’s operational and educational functions, managing the planning and execution of key education and training initiatives designed to strengthen health security preparedness.

Working under the guidance of the Centre’s leadership, Tharshini manages a diverse portfolio of education and training activities, including the ACHS Fellowship Programme, workshops, webinars, and courses. In addition, she provides essential secretariat support for faculty meetings and fosters collaborations with local and global partners to organise events that advance the Centre’s strategic objectives.

Tharshini obtained her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of London, UK.
