Ms Looi Kar Yien

Looi Kar Yien brings a strong foundation in administrative coordination and regulatory compliance from her experience in a tertiary healthcare setting. As Assistant Manager (Operations) at the Asia Centre for Health Security (ACHS), she contributes to the Centre’s work by supporting a broad portfolio of operational functions.

Her responsibilities span finance administration and procurement, partnership and stakeholder engagement coordination, and event support, contributing to the smooth delivery of meetings, workshops, and programmes that further the Centre’s mission in health security.
