Delia Quek is a Research Associate at the Asia Centre for Health Security (ACHS). With a background in scientific research and experience across laboratory-based work, she brings an analytical and applied perspective to health security, biosafety, and biosecurity initiatives. At ACHS, Delia supports the design and delivery of the ACHS Fellowship Programme, workshops, and webinars, drawing on her past research training to translate complex scientific concepts into practical, implementable programmes that strengthen regional preparedness and collaboration.
Delia holds a Bachelor of Science from Murdoch University, Australia, and a Master’s in Life Sciences from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Prior to her work at ACHS, Delia spent 10 years working in molecular biology, cell biology, and translational research laboratories in Singapore.
