Introduction
The Laboratory Biosafety and Biosecurity (LBB24) workshop organised by the Asia Centre for Health Security is conducted to provide updates on the current issues in laboratory biosafety and biosecurity, and provide opportunities to network and interact with senior-level experts to discuss challenges and resources available for biorisk management in different settings. The inaugural 2024 workshop was held from the 12-13th September in Singapore.
